Skylines: Game-based 3D City Design
This is a fascinating class that, with computer games, will introduce the thrill and hardships of creating and maintaining a real city. No more messing with paper, scissors and glues. Through simulation, Students will engage in urban planning by controlling your own roads, public services, transportation and more. You're only limited by your imagination, so take control and reach for the sky!

Acrylic & Watercolor
Students will have a blast painting with acrylics and watercolor. They will create paintings on canvas and watercolor paper and learn about color theory and different painting techniques. Students will also learn best studio practices, including how to choose and protect supplies. Your young artists will fill your home with unique and beautiful artwork by the end of this week.

Minecraft Game Design
Students team up to customize their own Adventure Maps and shape their own gameplay experience. Students strategically tailor unique biomes that provide players with challenges and rewards, utilize Redstone to create secret passageways, traps, access points, build safe havens with resources that help players move successfully throughout the game, and install mods that allow Students to create very distinct qualities within their Minecraft game.

The Magic World through Microscope
Students will learn scale and size and proper use of microscopes. Students will examine and compare one-celled and multi-cellular organisms. One of the topics will include cell structure, nutrient needs, and growth. Students will learn to appreciate the complexities of familiar things such as newsprint, fibers, or blades of grass. They develop laboratory skills including staining, and DNA extraction. They will also explore the various ways microscopes are used in the fields such as forensic science.

Fashion Lab: The Creator Series
Step into the role of a fashion designer for a week. In this intensive studio, students will master multiple techniques to create custom gear. From the chemistry of color to the precision of hand-detailing, creators will learn to plan and build their own unique style. It is not just a craft; it is a brand.

Intro to Photography
In this class the students will be introduced to digital photography. They will learn basic skills such as composition, focus, exposure and styles. They will practice with assignments in portrait, landscape and events photography. They will also learn and exercise photo editing skills using advanced image editing software.

Eco-Explorers: Discover Ecology
Become a Nature Detective! Step into the shoes of a scientist to discover how animals change to survive, how they share their homes with others, and what makes our planet so full of life. It’s a week of exploring ecology, fun activities, and wild discoveries!

Intro to Knitting
Learn the basic stitches of knitting and how to read a pattern. Learn a quick project: a scarf or dish towel.

Public Speaking
Too many students have something to say but do not have the tools to speak in public effectively and with comfort. Sharpening communication abilities helps students succeed in a world that demands confidence, articulation and the ability to clearly communicate ideas. By building superior speaking skills, students will be prepared to excel in school, attain their dream jobs, defend their beliefs and values, and become leaders in their communities. This camp will be an emphasis on oral communication as well as writing skills in this course, arguing the topics of the day.

Rocketry
This camp is designed to proliferate a student's imagination about the practice and theory of space exploration and the vehicles that will take us there. This course will teach students the vocabulary and math behind rocket thrust and orbital trajectory. Students will create and test motion hypothesis using model rockets.

Cartoon Animation Adventures
In this class, students will learn about the history of animation and briefly explore the common types of animation. students will discover that no matter what type of animation it is, a good animation depends on good planning. Throughout the course, students will be engaging in techniques used by professional animators and will create storyboards for students' own animations.

CRIME BUSTERS (series 1)
Campers will learn to become Crime Scene Investigators during actual crime scene setups! Campers will learn how law enforcement professionals solve crimes. Campers will learn how a crime is actually solved and learn how Biology, Chemistry, and Physics play a major role in the investigation! Some of the focuses will be on Fingerprinting, Fiber Analysis, Hair Analysis, and Handwriting Analysis.

3D Modeling
Explore the interesting world of 3D Modeling. In the class, you'll learn the basics of perspective scale drawings and how to use 3D software to design. You will also learn how this technology is revolutionizing social progress from rapid innovation in business to formerly unprecedented breakthroughs. This class will engage students in conceptual and practical spatial problem solving and precise geometric formulation.

Clay Sculpture
Artists will explore various ways to create with clay. They will explore projects such as pinch pots, Pueblo pots, animal sculptures, and more. All without the use of a pottery wheel or a kiln.

Take a journey into the fascinating world of the brain! This class is packed with exciting activities like memory games, optical illusions, and hands-on experiments that reveal how your amazing brain powers your body and senses. It's a fun and educational adventure!

Algebra: Finding the X Factor
Algebra is everywhere as a foundational branch of math. Students will be introduced to equations and inequalities, model and graph linear functions. They will investigate and solve real-world applications and apply their mathematical expertise to real-world problems.

Art of Cuisine: Cooking around the world
Let the cooking extravaganza begin! Create delicious food inspired by cuisine from around the world. Culinary campers have an absolute blast learning to cook. They gain the confidence to take their new skills and knowledge home to cook for their families and friends. Here is a taste of what our culinary campers will accomplish during this week: create appetizer, salads, entrees and desserts; learning to use a wide variety of ingredients; cook according to daily themes, learn basic Kitchen safety.

Dungeons and Dragons
Students will learn the principles of role-playing games with the classic Dungeons and Dragons. They will learn how to create characters, how to create campaigns, the role of the dungeon master, how to interpret the rules, and how to create your own fantasy world with nothing more than a pencil, some paper, dice, and the rule book. Role-playing games or RPGs have been a way to make friends, have a good time, and be creative. Dungeons & Dragons helps the players build academic skills like reading and writing, basic mathematics, critical thinking, problem solving, and teamwork.

Learning to Code by Design with Scratch
Let your imagination run wild in this multimedia adventure. Scratch is a fun and easy way for kids to learn the basics of programming using snap-together code blocks to build working programs. Genetics: the science of us!
Why do I have brown eyes when my Dad has blue eyes? Why is my hair wavy when my sister’s is straight? Students will learn the relationship between genotype and phenotype, conduct Punnet squares to investigate the heritability of various physical traits, and address what problems in DNA look like when they are physically expressed. We will model DNA in multiple ways (origami & marshmallows!) and dive into bioethics and the future of science.

Students will learn to build their own video game characters, art, stories, and layouts with brainstorming techniques, storyboards, grid sheets, and planning guides. They will also study both programming concepts and principles of design in an intuitive and rich development environment.

Design Studio: Printmaking
Young artists explore the world of handmade prints while learning the basics of design. Students create their own mini "product line" using stamps, stencils, rollers, and simple printmaking techniques. They experiment with pattern, color, and composition as they design notebooks, stationery, gift wrap, and fabric pieces. Each project helps them understand how artists turn creative ideas into real, usable products.

Get ready to design, build, and test the ultimate roller coaster in this thrilling hands-on class! Discover the science of motion, gravity, and energy as you create your own miniature coaster from start to finish. Learn how drops, loops, and curves affect speed and momentum. It’s a creative challenge where engineering and physics collide for an unforgettable adventure!

Mystery Architecture: tower and bridge
This camp introduces the fundamental theories of architecture and engineering. Students will use the Engineering Process Method to develop their engineering abilities. Engaging hands-on activities can include projects such as designing an egg bungee jump and building a cantilever bridge, a geodesic dome, a truss bridge, and a tower. students will learn "good design" through visual thinking, materials testing, problem solving, and cooperative learning.

Crafting Chaos: Arts & Crafts
Students will learn and master new craft making techniques while creating their own art pieces for them to take home, trade with friends, and gift to others. Several craft making styles will be taught such as lanyard weaving, parabolic line art, Perler bead pixel art, friendship bracelets, button making, and more!

Financial Futures: Money Sense
Students are fascinated by the value of money. But most aren't taught the power of saving and investing in school or at home. Money Sense for kids' camp is a fun way to introduce important concepts such as opportunity cost and interests as well as the basics of saving and investing as a way of life. Teaching money skills to kids is more challenging in today's high-tech world that includes debit cards, ATM's, direct deposits, automatic deductions, credit cards, on-line bill paying, and more. Let camp help the kids get started.

We All Scream for Ice Cream! A Marketing Plan
Marketing is about putting the right product in the right place, at the right price, at the right time. Students will utilize the Four P's of the marketing mix to best bring a new product or service to market. Student will learn to define marketing options in terms of price, product, promotion, and place so that their offering meets a specific customer need or demand. One of the activities will be to determine the target market for multiple ice cream brands.

Lego Robotics & Visual Programming
Solve fun challenges using simulated LEGO EV3 robots while learning to code motors and sensors with LEGO MINDSTORMS concepts. Develop your programming skills by controlling the robot in a dynamic virtual simulation environment, where it performs tasks autonomously.

Motion and Matters
Students explore around physical sciences core ideas dealing with forces and interactions, matter and its interactions, and with engineering design. Students will critically examine topics such as light, sound, electricity and force and motion through demonstrations and hands on activities. Emphasis will be on the physics in everyday life. Students engage in science and engineering practices to answer questions, and to define problems in order to develop solutions.

Science of Chance
Students develop a fundamental understanding of probability and statistics through fun activities and real word examples. Students will work with both first-hand and second-hand data. They will learn to conduct experiments and surveys. They will also obtain data from newspapers and journals. Using the data, they will generate graphs, charts, and tables to discover patters, draw conclusions and make predictions.

Intro to Crochet
Learn the basic stitches of crochet and how to read a pattern. Learn to make a quick project: a hat, dish towel, or scarf.

Week 7: 7/13-7/17/2026

Design Thinking: 3D Animation
Students will gain a deep understanding of some of the foundational principles of animation, including squash and stretch, follow-through, arcs, secondary action, timing and more. They will use the same techniques and workflows that professionals do, including the use of location and rotation keyframes, multiple cameras, and more.

Young Writers: Writing and Imagination
Our children are potential authors with important stories to tell. In this class, they will read and analyze various genres, including poems, short stories, and essays. They will learn the structure and strategies used by authors of fiction for children. They will receive step-by-step guidance to write original stories and write in various genres using experiences and imagination. Through the process of writing, critiquing, and revising, students develop confidence in their own writing and creative abilities.

Making Sense of Geometry
Understanding geometry basics is essential for all math students today. This camp will explore topics in Geometry and make math come alive with intriguing examples of geometry in the world around us. Students will learn about 3D shapes, tessellations, transformations, constructions, and more as they explore topics in geometry and participate in various hands-on activities. Students will build their understanding of shapes, formulas, and geometric tools for future studies in Geometry courses.

Passport to World Art
Students discover world art traditions through hands-on projects inspired by cultures across the globe. Each day focuses on a new region and its unique styles, motifs, and techniques. Students create a collection of travel-inspired artworks and souvenirs while developing stronger artistic skills and global awareness.

Get creative and bring your jewelry designs to life in this dynamic class! Students will learn to craft unique necklaces, bracelets, and earrings using tools such as wire, pliers, and string. They'll explore various techniques, including working with different wire gauges and shaping designs with pliers. By selecting charms and designing bead patterns, participants can personalize their pieces, making each creation truly special. This class offers a perfect blend of skill-building, artistic expression, and fun!

Math and Physics: The Olympics
This interdisciplinary course goes beyond medal counts and world-record finishes as students explore the history, science, math, and cultural significance of the Olympics with a variety of activities, experiments, and analysis. For example, students will apply concepts from the physics and math of sports to determine which angles create the smallest splash and measure the speed, distance, repetitions in the gym, and calories, to name a few.
